We All Have To Eat Healthy Like you, I want to eat healthy, low fat and low carb meals. If I have to work the majority of my life, I want to at least experience the pleasure of good food. Simple food is fine, but it needs to taste great. And I crave authentic mexican food recipes-something real with flavors that will bring me back to my grandmother's kitchen. Coyote Trail Products Coyote Trail Sauces started in 2000 when Chuck Machado visited the state of New Mexico and thinking he was there to purchase Real Estate, fell in love with Green Chile. His wife almost threw him out of the house when he arrived home with 1000 pounds of frozen green chile. One day she asked him if he planned on buying the family another freezer since there was no room for hamburger.
